While these numbers look slightly higher than recent weeks, they are a more accurate representation of the total activity in our two counties.  In this report (and future reports of course) we have included homes in our area sold and/or listed by agents belonging to other MLS services and not our local MLS.

Interest rates continue to be very good.  Prices are still quite low.  This is still an excellent time to buy, either as an investment or for yourself.
