Currently there are 266 homes listed for sale in Yuba and Sutter Counties.  Prices range from $15,900 (a mobile home in Country Village) to $1,690,000 for a beautiful winery & vineyard.  Of these 64 are bank owned properties and 46 are short sales.  This means that 59% of the homes listed for sale in our area are equity sales, better than the national average!

Sixty-one (61) homes were sold last week and forty (40) homes that were in escrow (under contract) closed!
